Fiser Health & Fitness Training Package is Designed to Produces Effective Results!
The Following Training Program is comprised of 6 weeks of intensive and customized health and fitness packages. Individualized programming will consist of a tailored program according to your initial abilities, needs, desires, and goals.
Expectations to Produce Results:
- Clients will agree set aside a specific time for fitness resistance training three times each week!
- Clients will agree to perform independent interval training sessions a minimum of twice per week (21-25 minutes per session)!

30/sessions.................................... $1350.00 (45 per session)
This is a more advanced form of flexibility and training that involves both the stretching and contraction of the muscle group being targeted. 45 minutes in duration
This package is available to those who are solid independently or more advanced, but need either result or sports specific updates or advancements to their current training regimen.
